Hi, I’m L.E. Welcome to my little writer wonderland. I’m happy you stumbled on it (we’ll call it fate).

Inside, you’ll find a collection of musings, things that inspire me, stories from imaginary worlds, and reflections from the roads I take to create them.

I write contemporary romance, fantasy, and science fiction, although I occasionally take side trips into other genres. My favorite ingredients are:

• Layered, cinematic fairytales

• Romance that is equal parts sexy, sweet, and heart-wrenching

• Fantasy with grounded world-building

• High-stakes political playgrounds

• Sarcastic banter

• Twisty plots

My contemporary romance stories mix high stakes with feel-good vibes, while my fantasy projects lean a little darker and more mysterious, with morally grey characters and villain-redemption arcs. I was weaned on fairytales, soap operas, space operas, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Spike/Buffy were my first ship), so I’m a slut for enemies-to-lovers, “touch her, and you die,” and anything that whisks me off to another world.

Set in the modern real world, in a fictional coastal metropolis that is also a hotbed of the world’s secret supernatural society, this series features powerful family dynasties, a supernatural mafia, and political drama among witches, vampires, lycans, and more.
